Expert Review: 3/5 ★★★☆☆
First of all, let us talk about the storyline and direction part… SPYder by Murugadoss came with a completely different story in Tollywood. Sypder is a thriller entertainer and will entertain you all for sure. Harris Jayaraj has done a very good job with his new kind of music in order to fulfill both the class and the mass audience. Coming to the direction part, yeah for sure movie looked a thriller one and the screenplay was good. Murugadoss wanted to give thriller movie and ended up like a thriller movie, what we want to say is Murugadoss went with ups and downs with this movie. The movie went up high at a point and suddenly got down at a point, if the director has maintained the level of taking in a consistent manner, we would have seen a blockbuster this week. We can see the loss of picturisation, and not much to say about the viewing angles. But the technology aspect is superb and fantastic.
Coming to the starring: Price Mahesh Babu is one of the great actors and kept his all effort to give his true performance and gave his best performance in the movie Sypder. He tried hard to be involved in every kind of acting part. But it would have been much better if he starts saying “no” to few things when he couldn’t do it ..like “Dancing”. It looks like Mahesh has stressed a lot while dancing not much appeared. But the overall performance was good and his fans will love his way of acting. Rakhul Preet is one of the best actresses and did very well in this movie. Surya did his best level of acting in the negative role, he was an intelligent psychopath in the movie and performance well satisfying the roll given to him.
Overall, this movie is good and a thriller entertainer for you guys. If you are looking for new kind of movie should go for it. But keep in mind not to expect too much from Mahesh and Murugadoss, go for it and enjoy watching. Even though there are few downfalls of the story but can watch. you’ll enjoy the great technological aspect of the screenplay.
